200g Buckwheat Flour
135g Bakers Flour
40g olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
Place everything into the Thermomix bowl.
Mix on speed 6 to blend
Dough/Knead setting for 2 minutes.
Remove from bowl. Divide your dough into 8 pieces.
Roll out your 8 pieces of dough with a little flour
Place a tortilla on a large frying pan on medium heat.
Once they start bubbling, flip it over.
Place it onto a plate with a tea towel over the top. The heat keeps them nice and flexible.
Serve immediately or freeze and use for later.
You can lightly steam them on the Varoma tray if they are a little stiff, or to re-heat them for your next meal.
